I broke my arm skiing once and never regained my confidence - I can still ski but there’s a legitimate fear when I do so.
The fact that Niki Lauda nearly burned to death and came back to risk it all again is something I could not do. I never saw this interview before but it’s cool to see.
It’s also cool to see F1 putting videos on YouTube (which I only discovered earlier this year). It’s about time.

He’s doing what he love I think i understand it......It would take more than a broken arm that to stop or slow me down on skis....Cracked a rib this weekend on Saturday went back Monday skied hard and fast, In the past I’ve Dislocated my shoulder a few times too.....No Pain no Gain, and with out risk no reward.....I usually try to have a higher top speed for the day on Skis then i do in my Car on the way there.
